El departamento es grande y espacioso. Tiene mucha luz y es muy silencioso. El edificio es de categoría y está situado en el Barrio de La Recoleta, considerado uno de los más elegantes de Buenos Aires. Está muy bien comunicado a través de numerosos medios de transporte. La cocina y el living son amplios. Están completamente equipados (horno, microondas, cafetera, tostadora y juguera eléctricas, heladera con freezer, lavarropas y secarropas, tv, dvd, stereo, wi-fi internet, telephone, etc.) y son de uso compartido.

Room is quite small, yet lively, comfortable and bright. Furnished w/ single bed & bookshelf. Privacy being of great value, you can count on your own separate bathroom w/ shower and direct back entrance.

la HABITACIÓN

La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda, fresca y luminosa. Está amueblada con una cama, una biblioteca y una cajonera. Dispone también de perchero, lugar para guardar las valijas/bolsos, y lugar para colgar la ropa. La habitación cuenta con un baño privado con ducha.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

Starting December 11th. 2008 the room is available for rent at usd 400 ($1300 argentine pesos aprox. ) a month, expenses included.

La habitación estará disponible para alquilar desde el 1º de diciembre del 2008. El precio es de USD 400 dólares estadounidenses (es decir aprox. $1300 pesos argentinos) mensuales con todo los gastos incluídos.
